Friday Evening Fruid Swim

Mark the end of the week with a restorative evening swim in the beautiful Fruid Resevoir in the Upper Tweed in good company.

Fruid Resevoir is situated in the wilds of the Upper Tweed. Quiet, expansive and often flown over by osprey.

Come and join us for a relaxing evening dip in this special place. This is not about swimming any distance but enjoying being in the water together. We have time to slow down, notice nature around us and get to know each other.

There will be a post swim kelly kettle wild foraged tea and shared snacks.
